Verdicchio 70%, Malvasia 15%, Sangiovese 15% 
Winery notes:
"Pale straw-yellow colour, clear and lively.
The fermentation in the bottle helps to create an aromatic stratification in which there are herbaceous notes, a subtle minerality, with aromas of citrus fruits and subtle floral notes.
It is dry in the mouth, the carbon dioxide amplifing the acidity making it lively.
It has a much broader range of food pairings, it is suited both as an aperitif and in combination with exotic cuisine as well as with traditional cuisine."
